At Coving Shop UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your architectural mouldings. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Carefully repack the coving or mouldings in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Send the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
